Customers can cancel for any reason, but are subject to our cancellation policy.
Conversely, we can cancel a customer’s reservation, at any time, and for any reason, at our discretion, and will refund 100% of all cruise payments, but this is only if we initiate the cancellation.
If a reservation is cancelled or re-booked to a different cruise, refunds of the total package price will be subject to a cancellation charge according to the schedule for that cruise. Each cruise has its own unique payment penalty listed on the cruise’s cabins and suites pages.
No refunds will be made for no-shows. Please be aware of check-in requirements pertaining to your cruise prior to arrival.
