We were back on a beautiful Radiance Class ship, The Jewel of the Seas. If you’ve sailed with us before on the Radiance of the Seas, then you’ll feel immediately at home because this ship is the exact same layout in a newer ship. If you’ve never sailed with us before, you’ll know your around in no time. The Jewel of the Seas is only part of the fun as we set sail to the best port in the Western Caribbean.
Grand Cayman is known for 7 Mile Beach, seven miles in length of perfect white sand beaches and crystal blue waters. Or explore the shopping delights in George Town with it’s bounty of stores, boutiques and duty-free shopping. If you’re feeling adventurous take a tour out to Stingray City, and snorkel and swim with hundreds of friendly stingrays.
Next we are off to Playa Del Carmen, Mexico, the #1 rated port from our past cruisers. Just of the port is a plethora of shops, restaurants and bars in a the most beautiful setting that only this Mayan Rivera could offer. Just outside of the beautiful city is a world of exploration; discover ancient history with the surrounding Mayan ruins. Snorkel through the cenotes, a system of underground caverns and sinkholes that occur only in the Yucatan peninsula.
